By using Tabtila's services — including our website (tabtila.com), gifting portal (portal.tabtila.com), and mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. Tabtila is a service provided by Mantiqi, headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

2. Description of Services

Tabtila is an AI-powered gifting platform that allows you to:

Browse, purchase, and send curated gifts to your loved ones
Manage occasions and reminders (Gregorian and Hijri calendars)
Participate in charitable giving and philanthropy
Create and share gift links
Create memorial pages for the departed
Participate in giveaway campaigns

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include the listed price plus applicable delivery fees and taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Moyasar. We do not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Moyasar's terms and privacy policies.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery within supported cities in Saudi Arabia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and availability. We make every effort to deliver gifts on the specified date but do not guarantee delivery times. Gifts remain a surprise — we will not contact the recipient before delivery unless necessary.

6. Giving & Philanthropy Services

Tabtila offers giving services that allow you to donate on behalf of others. Donations are one-way, non-refundable gifts that cannot be returned once processed. We work with verified NGO partners to ensure donations reach those in need.

7. Gift Links & Giveaways

You may create shareable gift links for recipients to claim gifts. Once a gift is claimed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Giveaways are subject to additional rules published with each campaign.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Tabtila's Services are owned by or licensed to Mantiqi. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Services
Send spam or unsolicited messages through our Services
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Use giving services fraudulently

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabtila and Mantiqi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, any pending orders will remain valid and be fulfilled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
