The hard part of gifting isn’t the gift
Think about the last gift that truly landed. What made it work wasn’t the price or the wrapping — it was that it arrived on the right day, for the right moment, from someone who clearly remembered.
That’s why Tabtila’s first screen isn’t a storefront. It’s your people: your mother, your brother, your oldest friend — each with the occasions that matter to them.
A name that means devotion
Tabtila — تَبْتيلًا — is an Arabic word for wholehearted devotion. We chose it because that’s what remembering someone’s day actually is: a small act of devotion, repeated year after year.
The product is built to protect that act. Gift. Give. Connect. — in that order.
What "people-first" looks like in practice
You add a loved one once: their relationship to you, their birthday, an anniversary, the Eids they celebrate. Tabtila keeps every date in both the Gregorian and Hijri calendars and computes each year’s occurrence correctly — including the ones that move.
On the first of every month you get a single digest of what’s coming, and each occasion sends its own reminder about three days ahead — enough time to choose something considered, not something rushed.
Gifting, giving in someone’s name, memorials for those we’ve lost — every feature hangs off the same spine: the people you’ve saved and the moments that matter to them.
Built in Saudi Arabia, for how we actually celebrate
Arabic-first, Hijri-aware, and designed around Gulf family life rather than adapted to it. That’s the standard we hold every screen to — from the reminder email’s Arabic typography to the way an Eid date is computed.
We’re just getting started. Add your loved ones today, and let the first reminder surprise you with how calm an occasion can feel.
